Terms and conditions

A 20% Deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the final payment being required twelve weeks prior to your booking.

A bond of $350 is included in this fee and will be refunded upon final inspection of the premises.

The 20% deposit is non refundable.

Cancellations received 6 weeks prior to the booking date will recieve a 50% refund of the booking amount + bond.

Cancellations recieved within 6 weeks of the booking date will only recieve the bond back.

Shortening of booked dates will be charged for the full period unless 6 weeks notice is given prior to the first confirmed booking date.
